The Shocking and Satisfying Moments From the True Blood and Entourage Finales
Two big HBO shows came to an end last night — True Blood and Entourage. The season finale of the vampire drama provided several shocking cliffhangers, while Vince and his boys ended their series with one big loose end. Hear what happened in today's PopSugar Rush!
Watch the Final Scene of Entourage You Might Have Missed!
The guys of Entourage hugged it out for the last time on the season finale this week, but if you turned off your TV when the credits started rolling, you may have missed the real final scene. We see Ari and Melissa relaxing and soaking up the sun (well, as much as you can in a full pants and sweater getup), when Ari gets a very important phone call. You didn't think he could walk away from the Hollywood life that easily, did you?
What Did You Think of the Entourage Series Finale?
As they say in Hollywood, that's a wrap! Vinny Chase and the gang took their final bow (on the small screen, anyway) on the series finale of Entourage this week. The final episode is light on jaw droppers, instead offering up sappy moments with happy endings galore. Some loose ends are tied up better than others: I'm happy to see Sloane and Eric get back together while Ari and Mrs. Ari make it work — even at the expense of Ari's job.
On the other hand, I am disappointed in Vince's storyline. He's been kind of on the back burner for most of the season, and his engagement to Sophia feels like an all-too-easy way to give his character some closure. Not only do I not care about their rushed relationship, but I miss that which the whole show was initially based on: Vince's movie career.
Overall though, I can't say that I'm dissatisfied; Entourage provides the kind of safe, crowd-pleasing final episode that's neat and tidy. It'll definitely be interesting to see where the guys end up should a movie actually make it to the big screen. Now that I've given my two cents, is your turn to weigh in: How do you feel about the Entourage series finale?

Emmanuelle Chriqui Says Entourage's Eighth Season "Will Floor People"
Emmanuelle Chriqui is one of Entourage's leading ladies, and she's front and center in the season eight debut that airs this Sunday on HBO. We met up with her recently in NYC to find out where the episode picks up in her relationship with Eric, played by Kevin Conollly, who's one of Emmanuelle's real-life best friends. Emmanuelle is also gearing up for the August release of 5 Days of War, which costars Rupert Friend, and teamed up with JewelMint's Celebs Give Back on a charitable initiative to help women in Congo. Despite the busy schedule, Emmanuelle's not antsy for a vacation — check out our chat below!
Video: Mark Wahlberg and the Entourage Stars Premiere "the Best Season So Far"
Mark Wahlberg says the final season of Entourage is the best so far while the rest of the cast spill secrets from the new season at their big New York premiere.
Mark Wahlberg and the Entourage Guys Premiere Their Final and "Best Season Yet" in NYC
The guys of Entourage celebrated their final season with a big, red carpet premiere at the Beacon Theater in NYC yesterday evening. It was a sweltering night in the city, but the cast still suited up and graciously made their way down the press line before heading in to show off the first episode. Executive producer Mark Wahlberg and his wife Rhea joined in the festivities, and he told us that fans should expect season eight to be the "best one yet." Jeremy Piven, Adrian Grenier, Jerry Ferrara, and the two Kevins — Connolly and Dillon — all shared their excitement over making an Entourage movie to follow up the hit series and the show's creator, Doug Ellin, confirmed they are definitely going ahead with the big-screen adaptation. The ladies of the show all looked stunning with Emmanuelle Chriqui in striking red and Perrey Reeves in a Grecian gown.
There are big changes in store for the characters last few episodes, which follows up a dark end to last year's arc. Jeremy Piven says we'll be seeing a new side of Ari while Constance Zimmer, who pays Ari's former lover and professional rival, divulged that there is Dana-Ari rekindling to kick things off. Perrey Reeves revealed that her character Mrs. Ari will be dating this season and that we will finally learn her first name. Watch for that and tons more from the stars of Entourage on today's PopSugar Rush before the show returns on Sunday!
Watch the Trailer For the Final Season of Entourage
There are only eight episodes of Entourage left before we say goodbye to the series, and according to this preview, the final season may have more drama than bikini-clad ladies (but rest assured, the ladies are still there). Vince is now out of rehab and three months sober, ready to get back to work. He even has a Jerry Maguire moment, staying up all night to write his own script. Meanwhile, Drama is warming up to his new project as a voice actor, Eric and Sloan are on shaky ground, and Ari and his wife are separated. Will the couples get their happy endings? Will Vince get his comeback? Will Turtle finally leave the nest? We'll find out when the season kicks off on July 24.
