E!'s major screw up or major scoop

Gawker reported that Jessica Simpson had filed for divorce on "Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences." Gawker's source was E!.... but then it was mysteriously taken down within minutes of the announcement.
