The Scoop is reporting that In Touch is announcing that Eva and Tony are engaged and he gave her a ring over 4 carats.

Didn't she just get a divorce? File this under speculation. They do look like a very happy couple but just a few months ago she was seen around the world with a new guy every week. I'll wait until I see a picture of the ring before I announce it's real.
