Eva Mendes Shopping in LA Pictures

Eva Mendes sported a curve-hugging denim skirt and printed top while shopping at a foam and fabric store in LA yesterday. The actress is back on the West Coast after returning from a trip to Toronto with boyfriend Ryan Gosling. The couple jetted to Ryan's home country last week to attend a graduation ceremony for his mom and tour Niagara Falls.

Eva and Ryan will team up for lots more jet-setting once they begin promoting their film The Place Beyond the Pines this Fall. In the meantime, Ryan's name has been thrown around as one of the actors who should portray Christian Grey in the cinematic version of Fifty Shades of Grey. Novelist Bret Easton Ellis has expressed interest in writing the script, and he thinks Ryan would make the perfect leading man.
