The 2013 Tribeca Film Festival has officially come to a close, and the annual event brought many of Hollywood's biggest stars to the Big Apple. Over the weekend, Julianne Moore got dressed up in purple for a screening of The English Teacher, while Justin Long kicked back with a Heineken at the afterparty for Single Shot. Kate Hudson stunned in a white Jenny Packham dress to attend the premiere of her film The Reluctant Fundamentalist with her director, Mira Nair, and costar Kiefer Sutherland last week, and pregnant trio Busy Philipps, Kat Coiro, and Evan Rachel Wood compared bumps at the Case of You premiere last weekend.

The Tribeca Film Festival continues its stylish reign in New York City, thanks to the latest batch of red carpet screenings and cocktail parties. The annual Vanity Fair-hosted kickoff party set the bar high, but this week's latest premieres and movie screenings certainly added to the list of enviable outfits spotted on the fest circuit. On the heels of Kate Hudson's body-conscious Jenny Packham sheath at the premiere of The Reluctant Fundamentalist, Taraji P. Henson continued the red carpet glamour in a formfitting blue sheer number at the Chanel dinner last night. Sienna Miller wore a Topshop dress and held hands with her future sister-in-law, Matilda Sturridge, when the two attended Vanity Fair's Tribeca Film Festival party in NYC last night. Sienna's night out with Matilda comes after a day out with Tom Sturridge in Manhattan earlier this week. The couple squeezed in a bit of alone time following a weekend with their daughter, Marlowe.

Sienna and Matilda were joined at the event by Evan Rachel Wood, who cradled her baby bump in a black flowing dress. Evan vented about attending the star-studded bash while being with child since she couldn't partake in any of the booze-related festivities. She tweeted, "I love that I am going to a cocktail party tonight, but I can't have any cocktails. It's like a birthday with no cake." Also on hand at the fashionable fete was model Karolina Kurkova, TFF fixture Robert De Niro, and Whoopi Goldberg.

Evan Rachel Wood's growing baby bump was on display on Saturday while she strolled in LA with her husband, Jamie Bell. The pregnant actress was casually dressed in a zip-up sweatshirt from a recent project she was involved in, called A Case of You. The film, which was originally projected for a March 2013 release, will now debut at the Tribeca Film Festival on April 21 and is one of several Evan has in production at this time.

Earlier in the year, Evan filmed 10 Things I Hate About Life with a small but visible belly on set. Evan and Jamie announced the pregnancy in January on Twitter, following their surprise October wedding. The couple also used Twitter recently to convey their stance on overturning Proposition 8 by changing their profile pictures in support of marriage equality.

Shia LaBeouf and Evan Rachel Wood debuted their new romantic fairy-tale thriller, The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman at the Sundance Film Festival on Monday evening. Shia's currently shaved head is a far cry from the wild hair that he sports in the movie, in which he also frequently shows off a shirtless toned physique. Evan, who recently revealed her pregnancy, plays a Romanian woman in the film, which takes place almost entirely in Bucharest. Shia's sense of humor shines throughout the bloody, action-packed project. Also making a fun appearance in the movie was Rupert Grint, whose drug-addled aspiring porn star is a very funny departure from Harry Potter's best friend Ron Weasley. The couple were bundled up from the Winter cold in warm jackets and scarves as they made their way through the parking lot. Earlier this month, Evan and Jamie announced that they are expecting their first child. Evan told her fans on Twitter, "Thanks for all your warm wishes. We are very happy. I'm gonna be a mama!" In addition to having a baby on the way, Evan also has several movies coming out this year, including The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman alongside Shia LaBeouf. Currently, though, Evan is busy filming 10 Things I Hate About Life with Thomas McDonell and showed off her growing bump on set in Malibu last week.

She was in front of the cameras with her leading man Thomas McDonell on Monday and again on Tuesday, when she showed off her growing stomach in between takes. Evan announced her pregnancy today and shared on Twitter that she and husband Jamie Bell "are very happy. I'm gonna be a mama!" Evan and Jamie got married in October, surprising fans with the news a few days after their CA nuptials.

It's an exciting time for the couple, who on top of impending parenthood, both have multiple projects in the works. Evan's current movie won't be released until 2014, but she has many others coming out this year, including The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman with Shia LaBeouf, who also stars alongside Jamie in Nymphomaniac.
