While it's no big secret that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson are romantically involved, this photo of the girls sharing an intimate kiss outside the Mercer Hotel in NYC earlier this week is the first pic that openly confirms that the duo are more than just BFFs. From holding hands and nuzzling cheeks to not-so-veiled love proclamations on their blogs, the inseparable duo have all but gone public as a couple. Whether or not they ever talk about it — and really why do they need to? — it's sweet to see Lindsay so happy with someone stable who she seems to really care about and be able to depend on. Aww.

If Samantha is supposed to be so "sketchy" as some posters above have put it, why aren't people coming out of the woodwork to talk about her like they do Lindsay. No pictures, no exes, only a few random comments about whether or not she's a bad influence because she was involved with drugs also. Just because you know people that are doesn't mean you do it. And She's got her own money, she doesn't need Lindsay's.

Sorry this is really late but... "Samantha i believe knows how cruel and hard the world is and wants to protect her thats why she doesnt show much affections in public so they wont do anything that will hurt Lindsays future or career." I agree with this statement. I think Lindsay would flaunt their relationship more often if she could, but I think Sam wants to keep it more private for Lindsay's sake. I think some people are taking this issue too personally, as if we are attacking her for being in a relationship with a woman. As many others have stated, we just don't know if this relationship is genuine because of Lindsay's nature to fall in and out of relationships quickly. I will give her credit because she has been with Samantha for awhile, but I think she will go back to dating boys eventually.

Absolutely vom-inducing, and this sort of speech marginalizes women based on their sexuality. Girl on girl crime is never cool; it just makes you a tool of the patriarchy. Allsugarme and others managed to make similar points without resorting bitterness and bitchiness. But thanks for reminding me why I don't read Pop anymore; it's just an excuse for women to call other women fat, ugly and slutty behind the anonymity of their computer screens. I wish Pop would go the way of Jezebel and ban this kind of stuff, but whatever, I guess they prefer the sort of environment where their readers are allowed to denigrate women.

Lindsay is desperate trying to fill a hole in her life. I don't think it's right to be like experimenting sexually and jumping from here to there just to try new things. i don't understand how she could be so troubled. I mean, so many people grew up with drunk parents or abusive parents... her life doesn't seem to be (when she was a kid) that troubled for her to be so confused now...I've met people that have had a hard childhood and they handle themselves pretty well. I think she's trying the easy way with drugs, alcohol, sex, etc.

Who said anything about Mccain? Trust me on this, there have been many studies to find a certain gene or lack of gene that is linked to homosexuality but so far no one has proven or linked anything. I have no problem with someone's sexual preferences or gay marriage, but I do think it is hilarious to try and analyze Lindsay Lohan. She probably just got tired of penis and needed something new to play with. The girl is crazy and her actions have always been erratic. She is a mess and I am sure this relationship will be old news and she will be on to the next guy or girl in a matter of months.

Personally, I think as long as they're happy good for them. I think Lindsay has talent, so if she's getting her act together then that's great. I don't think she's a lesbian. But I think it's very possible that she is bisexual. And I disagree with what smooth55 was saying about people becoming bisexual because of "issues". From what I know (which I admit is not quite that much), people are born bisexual the same way they're born homosexual. Also, maybe Lindsay's straight and just has happened to find a good partner in Sam, or maybe as some have said, she's just doing for attention. Since we don't really know her personally, all we can really do is hope for the best, I think.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww so cute!!!!! They make such a cute couple and I am just so happy LL is better and Sam is there for her. I like them and think they are awesome.
