A Funny Thing Happened on Ryan and Scarlett's Way to the Benefit

Mrs. and Mr. Ryan Reynolds hit the red carpet separately at the A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson's benefit for the Michael J. Fox Foundation in NYC last night. While it may not have been the evening where Ryan and Scarlett finally posed together, they both looked fantastic out to support the cause. Ryan did have some photo partners, however, including the man of the night Michael J. Fox and his wife Tracy Pollan. Ryan ran the NYC Marathon last Sunday to benefit the foundation, which is close to his heart due to his father's Parkinson's diagnosis. As two of the big celebrity Obama supporters, Ryan and Scarlett have quite a few things to celebrate this week — now if only we could ever actually see them do it side by side.

i don't get why they don't walk together?!?! it makes zero sense that you wouldn't want to get photographed with the man you are married to i can see couples who are in movies together but their relationship is a secret maybe, but they're married. it makes no sense.

I find it strange that they're playing the "we're not together" routine when they're already married. I think it actually causes more interest in them than if they just pose together. It's quite stupid really.Michael J Fox is awesome. Love my little fellow Canadian.

I love me some MJ FOX/Marty McFly. But good, LORD he is tiny! :) Scarlett and Ryan are gorgeous, they should get gorgeous together, imo.

i still don't understand why they don't walk the red carpet together but i guess that's their choice right? anyway - i think that they both look really nice and i'm happy to see that they are supporting michael j fox's foundation - it's a worthy cause.
