One of the more interesting red carpet moments was when Gary Busey interrupted Ryan Seacrest and his interview with Jennifer Garner and Laura Linney. Poor Jen looked quite scared so we're wondering if she'll reconsider walking with Ben next time around. Watch the clip and tell us, is Gary Busey crazy or just excited for the Oscars?

Okay wait let me get this straight . . .Seacrest is annoyed by Busey? SEACREST IS ANNOYED BY BUSEY? whatha!!! Seacrest stands and will always stand in the shadow of all actors. He'll turn out to be the male version of Joan Rivers someday. . . you mark my words. lol True, since Busey had his motorcycle accident the guy hasn't been right. See how you act when you smash your head into concrete and live to tell about it. The guy is an Oscar nominee for heaven sakes, that is why he 'deserved' to be there. (The Buddy Holly Story). As for Garner, if there was an Oscar for 'Best Snide Actress', she'd win hands down. Further, loved how she acted like she was 'too good' to shake someone's hand. She shook Busey's guest hand without even looking her in the eye and brushed her off like she didn't exist. You could totally see the 'clammy fish handshake' Classy! Now come back down to earth. Goes to show that 'some people' never grow out of high school.

I don't have much sympathy for Jennifer Garner, shes so fake. So the guy kissed her on the cheek, its not the end of the world. She could've handled it better. She's so prissy. Its not like she was all alone with him. Laura Linny got kissed on the cheek too and she wasn't saying anything about it. So where is her dashing husband, Ben Affleck, oh let me guess, out with the boys! Have you seen them together lately? She was sitting with her girlfriend at the Oscars. I can definately see a split in near future.

I was watching both the Canadian coverage and Secrest's coverage of the oscars. Gary appeared on both. I think he is a bit unstable but Ryan definately could have handeled that better. The Canadian hosts were patient and treated Gary respectfully. Ryan (who can be so obnoxious) didn't have to just brush the man off like that. As for Jen she could have handeled it better too but I don't think the way Ryan was acting did anything to calm her down.

Gary Busey had a lot of promise and I am not sure what happened to him but he sure acted strange there. I am sure that isn't the first time someone either acted strange or got drunk..Surely they know how to handle that.

I thought Jennifer acted kind of silly, it's a known fact that Gary is a little quirky, and you never know what to expect (nothing dangerous), he wasn't even going to say anything to Jennifer until Ryan Seacrest kept saying "this is Jennifer...Jennifer Garder, Gary, this is Jennifer" I don't think she should have gasp and said what she did, she was making a big deal out of a 1second kiss on the (cheek) it looked to me, and if it was the neck, then it had to be the part that blends into the cheek, because thats what I saw. He was with his wife and Jennifer even shook the wife's hand for pete's sakes. Calling him "that man" was incredible RUDE considering he's actually been nominated for an Oscar (she hasn't) and more talented than Ms. Affleck is anyday.

I didn't see it, but yeah, I kind of feel for GB after that accident, he seems to not wholly there. I'd probably react strongly if some stranger necked me, but maybe, he just means to kiss her cheek, but it hits her neck instead because he just seems..to be 'hyper' or excited. I don't know why people think JG's misbehaving/doesn't give proper reaction, maybe she just didn't know how to handle that. I'm sure that's the last thing she thought would happen to her by a relative stranger on the red carpet. Eh.

It's not like he rammed his tongue down her throat people. And she wasn't groped, he hugged and kissed her, probably trying to kiss her cheek.How unused to body contact are some of us, I hope it doesn't spill into private life too much hehe. People are hugged and kissed upon meeting.Garner and Seacrest were acting like they were somehow better than him, instead of understanding that some people are not 100% healthy.And Ellen, yes, I usually try to be a good person and before doing anything, if a guy acts like Busey (annoyingly coming onto me, yet not being inappropriate), I would brush him off without being rude like her. Like the time a hobo asked me on a date, I just told him my boyfriend would get jealous and kill him. Why? Because I don't consider myself greater than other beings, and try to alleviate suffering , rather than create it.

Women let their guards down when they think they are in a safe place. Of course you're never supposed to let that happen but the Oscars should be a safe place. Jennifer was mauled, gropped and kissed by a complete stranger at the Oscars. The fact that she didn't deck him is evidence of her trying to keep it together. Ryan had to see that Garey was drunk. Introducing him to Jennifer, to defer an interview with him, was totally obtuse and wrong. I think Giuliana Rancic should do all the actor red carpet interviews from now on and he should do the other less prestigious award ceremonies. He kept talking about a man from the UK kneeling near his crotch and he pointed the man out more than once as an annoyance to him and the temp of the tent. I wanted to tell him to stop whining. Hopefully the people who own E will reassess his position and remove him ASAP. Actually he should be FIRED, except I hear he owns part of the network. Too bad if he is allowed to muck up the Oscars next year.

He is creepy and intimidating, but the world needs eccentric people too. The question is, where is the limit? I actually think he was on drugs or pretty drunk.
