Kate Hudson wore a dramatic, flowing, animal-print gown to support her mom Goldie Hawn's foundation at the Metropolitan Club in NYC last night. Mom-to-be Kate joined Meryl Streep, Jennifer Meyer, Andy Cohen, Kurt Russell, and Goldie herself at an event to raise money for the Hawn Foundation's MindUp program. The organization devotes itself to improving behavior and learning for children through cultivating well-being and emotional balance. Newly engaged Kate has been in the Big Apple promoting her upcoming romantic comedy, Something Borrowed, with stops at The Late Show and an exciting interview with Matt Lauer on the Today show, where she first revealed the news of her upcoming wedding and flashed her $200,000 ring. Goldie was back to work early this morning, recovering from her "fun-raiser" and joining the ladies of The View to discuss the royal wedding. The panel was divided on Kate Middleton's Alexander McQueen dress, with Goldie adding, "She has a gorgeous shaped head, she looked angelic."
