Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez Going to Lunch in LA

Halle Berry finished off what may have been a stressful morning by enjoying a relaxing lunch with boyfriend Olivier Martinez in LA yesterday. She started the day in court with her former partner, Gabriel Aubry, as their lawyers continue finalizing an agreement over the joint custody of their daughter, Nahla. It seems Halle and Gabriel have moved passed the back and forth mud slinging of months past and, according to the judge presiding over their case, things are coming to a close. She's on a break from projects at the moment, which gives her more time to spend at the beach and on mother-daughter outings with Nahla. Soon, though, Halle will return to work when she takes the lead in Shoe Addicts Anonymous.
