Lindsay may be a ball of sunshine hanging out in Utah but the rehabbin' starlet is simply enjoying her new sober fun (love that term) lifestyle. Having daddy in town seems to have made LL one happy little girl. We're loving the bright yellow dress, which is clearly reflecting her mood these days and of course just reiterating the fact the Lohan stays up with the latest and greatest trends.

Aw, I hope she gets better. I really do. There are some starlets that just don't want to be helped, and then there are some who don't know how to be helped. And I think Lindsay is, or was, the latter.
