Heidi Montag is on the cover of this week's People discussing her latest plastic surgery. The issue also coincides with the release of her new Superficial album, which became available online Tuesday through iTunes. She apparently underwent 10 operations last November, including a chin reduction, another nose job, liposuction, and more. It's dramatic, for sure, but it's not the first time Heidi has gone under the knife. Nor will it be the last, apparently. "For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done," she said. "I’m beyond obsessed." So, tell us what you think about Heidi's transformation — good for her or WTF?

Was she going for a young Joan Rivers look?
I think there are plenty of people on here that are jealous of her. If it makes the woman happy leave her alone. I do think it is more risky to have so many procedures at once. She looks the way she wants do you?
she obviously has not found a great purpose in life yet. once, she does, the illusion of physical beauty will be out the door. its part of a process of her journey to realize who she really is.
Heidi was stunning before she had all that surgery. i bet if she had never met Spencer she wouldn't have even considered having plastic surgery. She looks so fake now, she's after destroying her natural beauty..it's such a shame.

I think its a good thing that Spencer's holding out on letting her have a baby- people this stupid should NOT be allowed to procreate.
People keep saying they think this is sad and then they call her ugly or something along those lines. To me, that's even sadder. Heidi obviously did this to herself because a) She didn't like her appearance before and b) she wants attention. I for one think if she's happy with how she looks NOW, we all don't have a right to judge her for that. Think about it this way...With all the negative comments flying around, some of them are bound to get back to Heidi. She said she had all this surgery because people made negative comments about her appearance before. What do you think all your negative comments will drive her to do? In no way am I holding anyone responsible for Heidi's decisions, but words DO hurt sometimes... I think it's sad that Heidi felt uncomfortable in her own skin, but I think the public's reaction is even sadder. It kind of disgusts me with people in general...Let's all just be happy that she feels great about herself NOW and hopefully she won't get more surgeries. Now instead of posting a rebuttal to my comment, go see what you can do about helping people in Haiti. After all, that issue is way more important.

She looks like a man now, or a transvestite. Obviously she thinks that her "best me" is a mini Joan Rivers.......I have nothing against plastic surgery but wow, she went WAY TOO FAR.............

I can't believe she's onlyl 23 years old and did this to herself...it makes me sick to my stomach. I think she definitely looks worse, not to mention about 20 years older. It's sad that she felt she had to do this...and the effects are irreversible!

How sad and pathetic. I think she's too stupid to realize that this People 'cover' is making her look like an extreme loser. She keeps referencing Britney Spears, but, again, her extreme stupidity prevents her from realizing that when Britney was in her prime, it was because of her catchy SONGS that made her famous, not the size of her tits. And, news flash, Britney's girl next door looks added to her appeal. She did NOT look like a porno star. Even in her darkest hour, Britney didn't feel the need to get triple D-sized boobs. At the end of the day, Britney can actually dance and perform her ass off. And talent my dear Heidi, is something that you cannot buy or change with plastic surgery. It's obvs that Heidi is delusional. I hope that after this 15 minutes that this People cover provides, she & Spencer will just go away for good.

This is sad, scary, awful, pathetic... She was stupid but she had normal, pretty, natural looks. Now she still has no brains, and what she has is an artificial, scary looking face and body. She is on best way to destruction, road to nowhere... I just feel sorry for her.
This ain't good, she looks like a different person. And that's just scary.
She was such a pretty girl in season one of The Hills, I don't get why she felt the need to get all this surgery. And what in the world did she get LIPOSCUTIONED? She had no fat on her in the first place. What is wrong with the doctor who is doing this to her? With every surgery, she's become LESS attractive. Maybe she has that body dysmorphic (sp?) disorder cuz everyone else sees that she looks worse, but she wants more surgery. She doesn't even look like herself anymore, she looks like every other over surgeried bleach blonde playboy model.
