Heidi Klum and Seal had to cancel their annual trip to Mexico to renew their vows, but that didn't stop them from having a blast on their wedding anniversary! Instead, the duo showcased their sense of humor and threw a "White Trash" themed wedding in Malibu for their closest friends. Seal sported cutoff jean shorts and a mullet while Heidi paired her wedding dress with corn rows. Naturally, they were married by an Elvis impersonator. Guests included Debra Messing and Matthew Perry. Usually the Klum-Samuel's romantic vow-renewal is an intimate occasion to celebrate with their children, but thanks to the swine flu it turned into a pretty fun affair and we know how this family loves a costume party. We'll see which tradition they keep up next year when they have the new addition of their baby girl.

I swear, these two are becoming no different from Heidi and Spencer for me. Media wh*res who take any opportunity to be photographed and are so overexposed they need to go away for a year. Especially her. I really don't know what makes them any different from the other H & S other than talent, but that's not enough to make me incredibly sick of them.
1I'm so glad Heidi's having another girl!
2that's hysterical actually - but yes i do see the similarities of speidi..they need to lay off the publicity a little bit.
3Ugh.
4at least it looks like they had a good time but it's true heidi is overexposed
5I'm so sick of them. Especially on Heidi - but likely that's because she's on telly once a week, being a dominatrix while she's looking for Germany's next "top model". *rolls eyes*
Well, at least they seem to have a great time, but honestly: why can't they have a great time without the media?
6Sometimes I get tired of seeing these two but then when you think about it, whenever they're photographed it's usually on a family outing with their children. To me that's more acceptable because we can't expect them to be totally reclusive with three children. Also in defense of these photos, it doesn't look like they deliberately mugged for the cameras but were photographed from above.
7I think it is really not appropriate for people of such extreme wealth to make fun of the less fortunate.
8Wait- are these old pictures of one of Britney Spears' weddings?
9I don't mind seeing a lot of photos of them because, unlike Heidi and Spencer, they have legitimate careers and a reason for being famous. And Seal's mullet is hilarious.
10I love these two! I do not think they deliberately ask for the attention. Paparazzi are hounds! They look absolutely in love and I love their humor.
11No, I can't see why they're anything "like" those morons. Heidi and Seal actually deserve their fame and their photos are obviously not staged.
12Tacky people doing tacky things. I guess nobody in the planning process considered that this might seem a little insensitive.
13at least they have fun together
14I always had the impression that these two were dim bulbs. Impression cemented.
15Must be nice so have so much money you can piss it away on stupid parties making fun of other people. Classy too.
16I can't believe some of you are comparing them to Heidi and Spencer. That is ridiculous.
17heidi and spencer!?! come on now guys, really?
18I am really shocked that these two did such a tacky thing... Normally I really like them and think they are adorable, but I think it is rather insensitive to make fun of poor people during a recession.
19i think everyone is being a little TOO sensitive. they're not making fun of poor people. it's not a poverty wedding. it's white trash, which is a CLASS issue - for example, paris hilton is white trash. that lady who works out the wal-mart register for two shifts a day to feed her kids and shows up on time, not reeking of smoke, and tastefully dressed? NOT white trash.
if anything, i think all of YOU are being the insensitive ones by simply ASSUMING that anyone who's white and poor must be white trash.
20Parisite may be a lot of things but white trash is not one of them. Hilton's are old money; trashy but not white trash. Billy Ray Cyrus and Miley, now that's white trash.
21I love this family! They always seem to be genuinely enjoying life and obviously have a great sense of humour.
They aren't media wh*res posing for photos in a magazine. These are paparazzi pictures.
And they aren't making fun of poor people. They are having a costume party! It's a laugh!
22I think they're a fantastic couple. Love them and I'm so happy to hear about the new baby girl.
23Hehe, nice! I wouldn't do anything like this myself, but then again, why shouldn't they? It's a good laugh.. and Seal looks so funny in everything he has on in the pics. It's awesome that they can be humorous too.
24White trash is the perfect title.
25They seem like decent people, and they've earned their publicity through respectable careers unlike Speidi. But I think the act of re-exchanging wedding vows is ridiculous and frivolous.
26THIS IS A Real Love Story ..congratutations to Heidi AND Seal
27Umm... I got nothin'.
28Like UrabanBohemian said about renewing the vows every year, I aree with that part.
Something is wrong there. And it looks bad too. It's so funny how most of the negative comments are anonymous.
To the keep it real, remember Mom and Grandmom and them:"who the HELL are they"?
29"agree"
30Maybe that's the white trash in their countries. Neither one of them are American remember. Poor doesn't equal tacky. Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Jennifer Aniston are rich remember. Most people on this site pick at what they wear. I think they have run out of original ideas and this is what they came up with... a white woman with cornrows and a black man with a straight-haired mullet
o-kay.
31Those crazy kids. I think it's nice that the have a sense of humor...unlike some of the other posters above!
32they're so cute and funny together
33this isn't making fun of less fortunate
it's making fun of people without style and class
just cuz you're poor doesn't mean you have to be white trash!
What a fun idea, I love it. This couple always seem to be having fun spending time with their children. I would like to see more positive stories like this than the negative, depressing dramas but from the above comments I must be the exception.
34I wish that Tim Gunn was there and we could see his trailer trash outfit. I would pay to see that.
I agree in that, at times Heidi is overexposed, but I think she has an endearing personality and is quite pretty, so I'll give her a pass. I've never been too keen on Seal, but he is part of the package, so what can you do?
I think this occasion is uproarious! I don't think they're trying to be crass, but rather are enjoying themselves in their own inimitable way. Heidi has always had a flair for the dramatic, so this doesn't suprise me. At least we know they have a sense of humor about themselves.
35Wow, how tacky of them to make fun of people that can't help who they are. Hey Heidi, how about giving the money you spend on this tasteless "celebration" to some white trash women that can't afford dental work.
36Lol I love this !
37This family is NOTHING like Heidi and Spencer b/se they both have legitimate careers. While I'm not a fan of their theme, they don't like they were posing...rather the shots look like the paparazzi stalked them yet again.
38what a handsome groome, that seal is, eh?
39so funny and cute!
40have people lost their sense of humor? seriously? it's a themed party, it's not meant to 'insult'. and do remember, these are meant to be private.
anyway, comparing heidi and seal to heidi and spencer?
these were taken at their private ceremony with ultra zoom lenses while the heidi and spencer have them staged? major difference.
the paparazzi takes these pictures knowing the public (people like us) wants to see them that's why they're 'over exposed'.
that's all for now.....phew. by the way, personally i find heidi annoying...maybe it's her voice on project runway...
41I think this it's hilarious.
42*that
43Well, yes, it is an insult to call some one white trash. Would it be funny if I put on some black face makeup and served my guests fried chicken and watermelon? I don't think so. It was a cheap, tacky thing to do. I would have thought those two were worldly enough to know better.
44anonymous number 44- It is an insult to call someone white trash (because that's how it's meant, like any other pejorative) but you should know the phrase was coined by WHITE PEOPLE.But it isn't meant solely for just white people.Get over it.
