Apparently the Greek shipping heir, Paris Latsis asked for permission to propose to Paris and the Hilton's love him so there was no problem there. In fact Mom is so thrilled that People reports she was on the Today show and said: "He is the most gentle, kind, brilliant and very, very low-key. I've never seen Paris this happy in her life."
