Hilary Doesn't Want To Sign Your Poster

Hilary Duff hit Hyde last night to ensure some last minute partying before she kicks off her tour in Canada on Sunday. Partying isn't the only thing she's trying to fit into her busy life - apparently Hilary denied autographs to some young fans at a restaurant in Texas last week, saying that she doesn't get to spend enough time with her family. This sounds a little unlike the sweet Hilary we're so used to writing about, but we guess even bubbly starlets have bad days.

For all the people that are so fickle as to turn on her over an "alleged" incident, good riddance. She doesn't need wishy-washy fans like you in the first place! I'm actually pococuratne in regards to Hilary, but that is besides the point. I just don't buy into the notion that her not signing autographs one time is emblematic of her personality, or that it somehow makes her a bad person. I am going to give her a pass on this, because I believe this to be an abberation. If it becomes a leitmotif, then maybe I'll have a change of heart. Get over it!

It says in the article that they girls asked for autographs as she was exiting the restaurant. I don;'t see why she couldn't have done it. It would only take 3 seconds.

Well - okay, what do I say? I LOVE Hil, and I can understand how her not signing a fan's napkin (or whatever it was) could be looked at as mean, rude, selfish, etc. BUT - who knows how she said it? Maybe she said it very politely... I mean, I can't imagine being that famous and CONSTANTLY being interrupted, with no one respecting my privacy. That would be really hard. So - if this is true - I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that she said it in a very tactful, appropriate way. Nuff said.

if this one tiny incident is enough to make people change their viewpoints on hilary duff, then yall really haven't considered how many mistakes you've made in your own lives that I'm sure are much bigger than this. I for one can name at least three horrible things I've done that are much worse than this, and at least three people who have stuck by me through those horrible things. A lot of you are overreacting in my opinion.I can understand why she didn't want to sign- first of all, coming up to a starlet in the middle of dinner is just rude. If they weren't old enough to realize that, their parents definitely should've. And secondly, for a while, maybe she didn't want to be "Hilary Duff", maybe she just wanted to be a kid out with her family. sure, it wouldn't have taken that much time to sign, but this is not a big deal. hellooo, lindsay lohan just got arrested for her second dui. now THAt's a big deal.

babyballerina, it's not like she never signs them.. it's one time and she got blasted, who knows why she didn't do it, but if it would have been malicious on her part, she wouldn't have said sorry i with my family, and i never get to see them. it sounds to me like she's trying to set boundaries and probably feeling overwhelmed.its lame when people say oh well they are her fans, they are the reason she makes the money, yada yada. that is 100% true, but they are NOT entitled to her life at all times.. most people make money because of other people investing in their product.with the unrealistic standards some of you set, no wonder LL and britney have lost it.

all of you who have let this change your view on her are ridiculous. get your freakin head out of the clouds NEWS FLASH: SHE'S HUMAN!! what you expect from celebrities is unrealistic. popsugar, yes, even hilary has an off day because she's an actual person, just like the rest of us. if you blame her for wanting to eat dinner with her family then that's your own deal.. she gets asked for autographs 24/7 she is aloud to say NO. this entire article is based on what a spy saw.. people need to get an effing life, she deals with enough crap being in the spotlight, let her eat dinner with her family in po-dunk richmond texas. ugh!
