Ian Somerhalder found time for a quick manicure while hanging out in Santa Monica, CA this week. He chatted on his cell, looking nonchalant while having his fingers tended to by a technician. Ian made sure to get his nails touched up ahead of a busy night — he used those fingers to host a live tweeting party as the latest episode of The Vampire Diaries aired on The CW.
