Ian Somerhalder Hoping to Play Christian Grey Pictures

Ian Somerhalder touched down at LAX last night off a flight from Europe. He's been racking up the frequent flier miles in recent weeks and, in addition visiting the White House in DC, he has visited Brazil, Austria, and Germany. Now that Ian's back in the States, he's ramping up his campaign to portray Christian Grey in the movie version of Fifty Shades of Grey. He's just one of the actors who could play Christian Grey, and he's hoping to land the part with the help of his Twitter army. Ian became interested in the role earlier this year, and recently continued his Christian campaigning by sending a tweet to writer Bret Easton Ellis that read, "I'd so love to be Christian Grey with you and Angelina Jolie. . ."
