Are JT & Cameron Really Together?

They may have made it obvious that they are in Europe together but we have only seen one day that they actually spent with each other. On that day they meet up with BFF Drew for a boat ride. Other than that we have seen plenty of Cameron with JT's mom and an unknown male friend, but none of JT and Cammie. Seems a little weird to me. Cameron also looks to be hiding when she was with Justin's mom. Was she embarrassed about something?
