Jamie Spears' Conservatorship Extended Through December The court hearing has ended and Britney Spears is still officially under the control of daddy Jamie. The court has extended the conservatorship through December 31. There's a status hearing on October 28, just in time for Halloween! The judge is leaving the option open to end the conservatorship early.
