January Jones in a Black Zac Posen Dress at the Emmys 2012

January Jones made a dramatic entrance in Zac Posen at the Emmys in LA this evening. She's back at the award show after skipping last year due to the birth of her first child, Xander, just a few days before the big event. January shared on the red carpet tonight that she recently celebrated Xander's first birthday with a car-themed BBQ party. January and her Mad Men cast are once again up for outstanding drama series, which they've won four years in a row.
