Jay-Z With Rita Ora in SoHo Pictures

Jay-Z stepped out in SoHo for lunch at Parm with British singer Rita Ora yesterday. Rita, who is apparently dating Rob Kardashian, is on Jay-Z's Roc Nation label and has a new album coming out this Summer. She got started promoting her first single, "Party and B*llsh*t," with Jay-Z with a surprise appearance at an NYC radio station. Jay-Z said of the exciting afternoon, "This was all very spontaneous. We just came to see some great friends over here at Z100 in my neighborhood and we knew they would like what they heard cause Rita is amazing." Rita shared her excitement on Twitter, writing, "Z100 today with the boss. Wow, I felt like I wanted to cry. I did when I left from excitement!"

Jay-Z is getting back to business after welcoming his first child, Blue Ivy, in January. He and wife Beyoncé Knowles shared pictures of Blue Carter, though we haven't seen them out with the baby yet. Instead, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been making their own appearances, including a sweet courtside date night at a Knicks game on Monday.
