Jennifer Aniston Takes the Stage, Camera Cuts to Brad/Angelina

Jennifer Aniston looked just stunning taking the stage at the Oscars tonight presenting two awards with Jack Black. Of course, the camera cut to a smiley Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as Jennifer spoke onstage. The Jolie-Pitts are front and center and while we probably won't see an interaction, it's interesting that Jennifer was presenting a category where Angelina's movie could potentially win. Elsewhere, Jennifer sweetly cuddled up with John Mayer backstage. We couldn't resist bringing you the video of Jennifer onstage. She's such a great addition to the fun show!

it is okay to be nervous especially in front of your ex & w/ his present partner! that's what makes you human, ok!.... who would not be nervous in that situation? maybe a robot only or a fake human!

MGMT - if you're naive enough to think that the reason they panned to the King and Queen of the Prom during that particular point in the show, I feel really sorry for you. It was tacky and pointless. Perhaps the cameramen double as tabloid writes on the side? Pathetic.

Wow, this was another fun thread to read and kill time. I'm AMAZED it lasted over 24 hours. LOVE ANGELINA has outdone herself in the freaking obsessed fan venue, once again. It's hysterical that people think they know for a fact that Jennifer Aniston was looking right at Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt when she was on-stage. You realize that she was likely looking at one of several teleprompters, right? And that her nervousness had more to do with being watched live by millions of people all over the planet than with the King and Queen of the Prom sitting in the audience somewhere, perfectly smiling because they were perfectly aware that the cameras WOULD be on them at some point while JA was on stage. While I won't say that a thought or fear of running into one antoher n either side of the situation would never have crossed any of their minds, the people posting here are probably putting FAR more thought into their frame of mind that night than they were themselves. Funny!

LOL @ if John Mayer makes her happy .. she could be dating a blind monkey and wouldn't give sh*t about what's ok in your book! at the end of the day each and everybody can eat their own opinion and they wouldn't know what "your views" are on their relationships! .. "I love Jen, but I really felt for her, this was uncomfortable viewing...it could not have been nice standing right in front of your ex and the woman he left you for and have millions of people watching you in the process. Those of you who are quick to laugh at her, please take a minute to think how you would feel if you had to do that." Well said Jengal!! I think Jen did great and it definitely has to be hard doing certain things like this knowing that the whole media world is ready to make a story about you out of nothing constantly..just instigating and making rumors constantly..she is a strong woman to be above all the rumors and "Poor Jen" comments...screw Brad and his cheating self. Jen is a lovely person and it sucks how she gets overshadowed much too often by this love-triangle thing. I am not the biggest fan of John Mayer really..esp because of his playboy history..but if he makes her happy, then he is okay in my book :) I just want to see things work out really well for her!!!!!

I felt bad for her, she looked like she wanted to get the hell out of there, she opened that envelope with such hurry and frenzy, it was hard to miss, but she took it like a champ!. Brad and Angie kept their cool enjoying the show. jokes and giggles, nothing special! .. If they are over it why shouldn't we? I love both Jen and Angie , they are both very talented in their own right! ..

I'm amazed that some people invest so much time idolizing celebrities, pretending they know what they're thinking, comparing one against another, etc... is it weird? i guess that's what the words "idol" and "idol-worship" really mean. kinda brainless to me... :shrug:

It was interesting to me how they started the first one on the opposite side of the stage (farther from Brad and Angie), that was a relief. But then the second award, they were moved in the middle and therefore closer to Brangelina. Honestly, I would understand how awkward that might be. Everyone is probably thinking the same thing and everyone is aware of that tension (if there was ever any). Jen was great! I love her and let's not forget that there was a time when she was the one seated front and center with Brad Pitt. I would have preferred the camera to not focus on Brad and Angie, they should have just focused on Jen.
