Jennifer Garner Gets Back to Work

Jennifer Garner is back in LA taking meetings after weeks of fun in the sun in Hawaii with her family and the Damons. She is headed to Revolution Studios -- she teamed up with them for 13 Going on 30, which was my favorite Jen role after Sydney Bristow. I'm hoping to see a little bit of Sydney in her next movie release, The Kingdom that hits theaters September 28th. It's definitely different than the romantic comedies she's been doing on the big screen lately and we're excited to see her go undercover again.

I’m glad she is going back to work. I like her and Ben and I haven’t seen them in a while. Except for the nice family outing photos of them. Jennifer still looks great. She never needs on the HW way down* meaning all the heavy make up & expensive clothes 24/ 7 to make her look nice. And I can’t wait to see her next movie & Ben’s. Best of luck too her as she goes back out into the Hollywood game.

I totally agree with you trishxo! People like Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton are famous for being dumb and shallowbrained...Jen is adorable and smart! Think of what she achieved physically for Alias and Elektra! That must have been very difficult and exhausting... and, my god, ok, she MIGHT have cheated on Vartan, but what do you all know about that? What do you know about Vartan and how he treated her? I think one has to be very very careful with judging over things that some star might have done without knowing every detail of her relationship... Furthermore, is cheating that bad? Then you finally know that the relationship wasn't the best :D

I cannot WAIT to see her in action mode again. I've missed her butt-kicking so much. :( I cannot believe someone called her a cheater. Foley went on the record numerous times as to why their marriage ended - It was not Michael Vartan. Vartan has also gone on the record saying all along that he is very happy for her and Ben and that he thinks she'd be a great mother (before Violet was born, obviously). If you watch any of the extras on the Alias dvds, you will see them totally goofing around and getting along wonderfully post breakup, post marriage to Affleck, post Violet birth. don't mess with my TV girlfriend!

yeah i know you have that right, im not trying to take that away from u or anything, its just i dunno. well i never knew bout that whole she kept cheating on her ex husbands, bfs' or whatever, that was mentioned by other people earlier in this post so when that was brought up, my opinion of her changed a little bit, but its really regardless to me. anyway ya sorry for that ^^ if it seemed like a rant, it wasnt, my opinion just turned out to be longer than i planned to type it lol

"jennifer garner is a TERRIBLE actress and i have no idea why she's still famous " why the hell are a lot of people famous? namely, paris hilton, nicole richie (who herself said she doesnt know why she's famous), kim kardishanran or however u spell her damn last name lol, and BRITNEY..who hasnt done anything in the past few yrs except Kevin Federline, have his babies, divorce him, shave her head, publicly hate her mom, etc. Britney was famous for being a singer, and Jennifer Garner is famous for being an actor. If you compare the two, you can see Jennifer Garner has been more low-key, and just cuz she's out of the spotlight for a while, got married+started a family and all u can see are pics of her @ the park w/ violet lol, doesnt mean that she shouldnt be famous anymore. Even if you dont like jennifer garner, you still gotta give her at least some credit, she was in Alias, a successful tv show (at the time), and she does some movies here and there.At least she has a freaking job, paris hilton goes to jail and she gets paid a million dollars to go on larry king to talk about it. she goes to clubs, and its news. she goes to jail and she's more famous than ever. Jennifer and paris are obviously two complete opposites of each other. In hollywood some people are famous who actually worked at it, and some people are just famous because, like Nicole Richie said, the media made them famous. They plaster their faces all over the magazines about the drama in their personal lives, such as weight loss/gain, divorces, marriages, a "nanny" scandal (as in sienna&jude's fiasco), etc etc.

jennifer garner is a TERRIBLE actress and i have no idea why she's still famous - she's only still around b/c she married "UP" - an A list Oscar winner movie star. If she were single or married to another tv actor, who would care?! Her movies don't do very well and she's very annoying with that lisp. I give Ben 2 more years before he dumps Jen for Maria Menounas.
