Jennifer Garner held hands with her daughter Seraphina after they picked up breakfast at the Brentwood Country Mart in LA this morning. The girls had some mother-daughter time while Sera's older sister, Violet, was off at school and her little brother, Samuel, was elsewhere. One thing that brings the Garner kids together with their parents, though, is reading. Jennifer recently opened up to People magazine about what her little ones like to read. She said, "We love A Series Of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket. My daughter Violet is so into the series, she talks about the Baudelaire kids like they are part of our family. It's a blast."

Jennifer Garner joined her three kids, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel, for an outing in Santa Monica yesterday. Jen's youngest, Sam, stole the show — and his mom's drink — hitting the pavement to display his walking skills. Jen apparently joined her husband, Ben Affleck, to attended Matt Damon and Luciana Damon's wedding vow renewal along with Chris Hemsworth and wife Elsa Pataky, as well as Ben's brother, Casey Affleck.

Jen may be gearing up to spend more time away from her little ones with rumored new projects in the works. She is in talks to star in the upcoming film Draft Day alongside Kevin Costner, and Ben recently revealed that he would be taking over parenting duties to allow her to get back to work.

Seraphina Affleck got a chance to hop on a pony during an LA farmers market outing with mom Jennifer Garner and sister Violet. Jennifer took the kids to their local market after the family, including Samuel, visited a hardware store in Pacific Palisades on Saturday to pick up gardening supplies. She has had a busy weekend with her kids, kicking off with a Friday karate class excursion with Violet and Seraphina. Her family time comes just as news has surfaced that Jennifer Garner may costar with Kevin Costner in a new football film. The new job opportunity would be Jen's second for this year as she wrapped up filming Dallas Buyers Club with Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto in January.

She's been spending quite a bit of time with her family in recent weeks, but she may be back to work soon enough as she is reportedly in negotiations to costar in a new film with Kevin Costner. Possible new projects aside, Jennifer has something to celebrate in the coming weeks — she'll be ringing in her birthday on April 17.
