Jennifer Lawrence sported her signature black spandex pants and Nike running shoes as she left a gym in LA yesterday. The actress has been using her downtime to keep in shape, since she'll be training double-time while filming Catching Fire this Fall followed by the X-Men sequel in January 2013.

Jennifer's nonstop schedule has certainly paid off. She was reportedly offered a $9.5 million raise to reprise her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games' follow-up film, and costars Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth are also in talks to negotiate their contracts. The salary bump comes as an early birthday present for Jennifer, who turns 22 tomorrow.
