Jenny is Very, Very Happy with Jim

Jenny McCarthy was in Vegas at the 40th anniversary of Caesars Palace last night. She finally spoke out about her man Jim. The couple recently stayed in the $25,000-a-night Sky Villa room at the Palms hotel. She told People :

"Our dynamic is great. I'm very, very happy. It's a lot of laughing,".... When asked about a possible wedding, McCarthy, who has been spending time with Carrey, 44, in the capital of quickie weddings, Las Vegas, said, "No, there is no marriage on my mind – at all."
