Jessica Alba Doesn't Need The Gym

Jessica Alba showed off her peaceful and sparkly sides on Thursday before making an appearance on Letterman. Jessica's been looking very thin to us these days, but apparently it's not because she's a gym rat. In fact, Jessica claims that she hasn't been to the gym in months and that she stays fit with yoga and water. Obviously this girl is blessed with some pretty good genes.

She's so stinking cranky about everything. She just tries so hard NOT to fit into any specific group, whether it be Latinas or actresses or starlets, that she says stupid stuff. If she would just live her life and stop being so rude in her comments, people would give her the benefit of the doubt. But she's so grumpy all of the time, that I assume the worst from her comments. I'm NOT Mexican and I was really offended when she made that oomment about the women dropping babies so fast. That was just completely rude.

I will admit, I only like her because she is fun to look at. She is lacking in the acting skills department. I would be lying if I said i watched Into the Blue for its actors performances. haha.

Jessica USED to be "curvy" and then dropped 25 pounds over the last few years. She is underweight. I am her height and at her weight I was scary skinny and underweight. She definitely has a complex about being "fat" and works to stay skinny, because she was not always this skinny. Call it what you like.

Kelly, #54. She's beautiful in person. At the gym, she dresses conservatively. Baseball cap, sweats and maybe a tank layered with a hoodie or sweat shirt. She keeps to herself mostly, unless she's with Cash, who is much friendlier.

Jessica Alba has never struck me as being smart or talented. She is just a "pretty" face. Personally, I don't get what the big deal about her is. She obviously works out alot and I'm sure she's lying. She probably feels threatened by the better, skinnier actresses her age.

Also, I thought you had to the yoga gym (or whatever it's called) to do yoga. You can do cardio yoga, strength yoga, etc. It's a different kind of gym, but you go there to workout (do yoga in her case). My point is that she DOES workout.

I feel some resentment in Alba's words. It seems as if it's been hard for her to fit. She looks like a latina but acts like an American so she's been right in the middle of the two races. Being rejected by both.

Hm, I do believe her when she says she uses yoga and water.. I think she's have a different physique if she had been working out 24/7. I know plenty of people who have been blessed with good genes and practically never work out, so I can't say Jess is a liar. xD
