Natalie Portman made her second Dior-related appearance of the week at Thursday night's Guggenheim International Gala in NYC. She and Jessica Biel were both clad in designs by creative director Raf Simons at the event and partied with famed artists like Christopher Wool, James Turrell, and Jeff Koons. It's been a busy week for both actresses, who have stepped out for multiple high-profile events in the Big Apple. On Wednesday, Natalie popped up at a Cinema Society screening of her film Thor: The Dark World before attending a Dior-hosted afterparty in one of the brand's stunning pieces.
Jessica also made the museum rounds in Manhattan, walking the red carpet for the Museum of Modern Art's annual Film Benefit on Tuesday. The soiree was in honor of Tilda Swinton and put on by Chanel head Karl Lagerfeld. Before her big night out, Jessica traveled to Orlando, FL, for the wedding of her husband Justin Timberlake's former *NSYNC bandmate Chris Kirkpatrick. The couple posed for group photos with the bride and groom and were all smiles while celebrating the sweet nuptials.
Karl Lagerfeld hosted the Museum of Modern Art's Film Benefit honoring Tilda Swinton last night, and we couldn't take our eyes off of Jessica Biel. We think this might be her best look ever, but we'll let you be the judge. Start the conversation, and let us know what you think below!
On Allison: Shoshanna dress
All eyes were on Jessica Biel when she dropped by the Museum of Modern Art's annual Film Benefit in NYC last night while wearing a Chanel frock and clutch. The benefit, which was put on by Chanel's creative director Karl Lagerfeld and held in honor of actress Tilda Swinton, attracted quite a few budding stars, including Imogen Poots and chart-topping 16-year-old singer Lorde, who went for a goth look complete with combat boots and plum lipstick. Of course, the usual NYC power crowd was also at the event, including Anna Wintour and Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who skipped Election Night fun as Democrat Bill de Blasio was voted to take his seat when he leaves office next year.
Jessica is back in the Big Apple after traveling with husband Justin Timberlake to Orlando, FL, on Saturday to attend Chris Kirkpatrick's wedding. The nuptials proved to be a veritable *NSYNC reunion, with all of the band members (plus Jessica) posing with the bride at the event. She will likely soon return to LA, where she is currently filming Shiva and May with Girls star Zosia Mamet.
It was a colorful night at the Museum of Modern Art 2013 Film Benefit. Jessica Biel, Karlie Kloss, and Alexa Chung all tried on colorful beauty looks that could rival any artwork. Jessica brought out her green eyes with the Chanel Long Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner in Jade ($30), and she paired the jewel-toned eye makeup with a nude lip gloss. On the other hand, Karlie and Alexa both focused on a bold red lip. Karlie kept it simple with a heavy lash look, but Alexa was a bit more daring and added a hint of lavender eye shadow. We're inspired by all these styles, but which look is your top pick?
Forget diamonds — Chanel is a girl's best friend. Case in point: Jessica Biel's stunning gown from the brand's Cruise 2014 collection, which she wore to last night's Museum of Modern Art Film Benefit. With a neckline literally dripping in gold chains, matching metallic heels, and a Chanel Lego clutch (which was pearl-encrusted, no less), there was no doubt that this sophisticated — and chic — look would be a serious attention-grabber. Do you think it was a red carpet success?
It's a *NSYNC reunion! Chris Kirkpatrick had the support of his former *NSYNC bandmates — JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone, and Justin Timberlake — for his wedding to longtime girlfriend Karly Skladany in Orlando, FL, on Saturday. The couple, who have been dating for three years, said "I do" in front of their famous guests — including Justin's wife, Jessica Biel — at the city's Loews Hotel. This is the second time in just a few months that we've seen *NSYNC reunite for an important event. The boys joined Justin on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in August as he was honored with the MTV video vanguard award, and performed a few of their old hits.
One band member in particular has been sharing his excitement about Chris's big day all week. On his SiriusXM radio show, Lance told listeners, "He got us the cheapest tuxes there he could possibly get, which I think is so Chris and very lovely. I mean, that's just who he is. I think it's hilarious to know that Justin Timberlake is going to be in a Men's Wearhouse tux, ushering the wedding." Before his pal walked down the aisle, Lance shared a photo of his look on Instagram, writing, "Fun socks for Chris' wedding day!!"
Jessica Biel stepped out in Studio City yesterday for a walk with two seriously cute dogs. The actress was dressed casually in leggings, a Nation LTD t-shirt, an Autumn Cashmere sweater, and Soludos shoes for an outing with her canine friends, including her Pit Bull mix Tina and one of Justin Timberlake's puppy-eyed Boxers. Jessica is a serious animal lover and has started a weekly feature on her Twitter account for her pup Tina called #TuesdaysWithTina. Last week, Jessica posted a photo of Tina sleeping on a comfy-looking bed.
Aside from taking care of her pups and hanging out with her husband, Jessica has a big project on the horizon as she is set to start filming her new movie, Shiva and May, very soon. The project will feature Jessica alongside Girls star Zosia Mamet.
Ben Affleck wasn't feeling insecure when he met up with Justin Timberlake at the world premiere of their new film, Runner Runner, at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas yesterday. When Ben appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon earlier this week, Ben revealed that he felt insecure while working on the film with the singer-turned-actor. He joked on the show, "He dances like Michael Jackson, sings, write music. There's 400 million boy bands, and he's the one guy that became a gigantic star."
Ben wasn't the only person on the red carpet who could bring a smile to Justin's face — a Dolce & Gabbana-clad Jessica Biel also turned up to support her Saint Laurent-wearing husband, and the couple even matched in black and white ensembles. The guys' costars Gemma Arterton and Sam Palladio were also on hand to introduce the film. Interestingly enough, Planet Hollywood has been a good place for former teen pop stars, as Justin's ex-girlfriend Britney Spears announced this week that she has signed on for a two-year residency at the Sin City casino.
