Forget those reports that Jessica Simpson bailed on Bush. She is in DC as we speak. A special thanks to Tyler for the POPSUGAR exclusive picture of Jessica who is there to lobby members of Congress on behalf of Operation Smile, a non-profit venture offering free plastic surgery for disadvantaged children overseas with facial deformities. Word is she still may not plan to see Bush but she is in DC so we'll see. We're just having fun imagining a conversation between the two.
