Jessica Simpson gathered friends and family together at LA's BRÜ Haus to celebrate her fiancé Eric Johnson's 32nd birthday, which actually was yesterday! It was their second fun evening out this week, after a date night at Madeo on Tuesday. Ashlee Simpson attended the bash along with her boyfriend Vincent Piazza. Vincent and Ashlee made a quick trek westward in order to make the event, as they were in NYC on Wednesday to hit the red carpet at the second season premiere of his HBO series, Boardwalk Empire. Ashlee and Vincent have been dating since early this Summer, and it seems he's already getting to know the extended Simpson clan. Jessica and Eric haven't released the date of their planned nuptials, but maybe Vincent will score an invite if things with him and Ashlee continue to go so well.

Again I think they do have wedding plans, they're just waiting untill they're ready to drop the info. Mabe during a time when she's trying to promote something else. Cause any attempt to do interviews about the additions to the JS Collection, or the Fashion Star show, people will be asking about her relationship anyway. That's the way it always is, they never discuss your work, in an interview without mentioning your personal life! She can cover it all in one shot!
