Jessica Simpson Serenades Shamu
Jessica Simpson had a busy weekend up on stage starting on Friday night at the Dixon May Fair and continuing the next morning with a stop off at Sea World in San Diego. She kept her Twitter updated the whole time, though it sounds like she wasn't entirely prepared for her fair performance. Her Saturday got off to an early start when she visited Shamu, faced her fear of sharks . . . by pretending to kiss the killer whale and sang in her trademark daisy dukes. She was quiet come Sunday when it was time to celebrate Mother's Day with both Tina and Ashlee.

i tought she preformed at the sea world here in San Antonio? Maybe that is next week.

11She was at Sea World San Antonio in TX this past weekend. I went to the show. She is not fat, she actually has a small body but its just that she isn't very toned. Her calves are great though! I was right in front of the stage and got to see her up close. She probably wore shorts cause it was so hot on Saturday! I'm not a fan of her but I wanted to see what she was like live. It wasn't very good.

13I still dont get it why she couldnt opt for a cute summer dress, but instead she squeezes into those shorts that put more emphasis on the hanging gut???

15Her face looks beautiful! She has great legs, so I can see her wanting to flaunt them, but she needs to do more cardio. If she lowered your body fat percentage a bit, then come back sporting a different pair of shorts, she would look fantastic IMO.

17IMO, It appears that her only success is w/ her copycat shoe line(which was a smart move)in keeping her relevant. Other than that, she works as an easy target for tabloids and critics.

19Jessie will sing at anything. A dog show, artichoke festival, a barnyard auction - just call Poppa Joe - he will set it up. Show him the $$ and he pimps out Jessie. This outfit with the shorts is horrible and so are these shoes. Worse is when she attempts to sing and dance and it sux and also she forgets the words to these stupid songs.
20I'm thinking about having a Watermelon Spitting Contest next month... maybe she'll come sing -in the round.

the problem with jessica is not her weight. it's her wardrobe choices. i agree with the previous comments ... she should retire the daisy dukes and get better clothes that suit her body shape. then maybe people wouldn't be so critical of her appearance.
26I agree -- Jessica's problem is her clothing choice, not her weight. Right now, her clothes is for someone leaner and smaller. If she chose the right clothes for her figure, she would look much better. Worlds better.
Sadly, right now, Jessica comes across as trying too hard.
27How can someone in the fashion business go on stage looking like that? She needs a new stage look pronto. And yes, she is too old for those tiny little shorts.
28She needs to learn about mobbing and gangstalking and become a spokesperson for this type of bullying that is going on.
