Eric Johnson and baby Maxwell visited pregnant Jessica Simpson on set as she filmed a commercial in LA yesterday. Jessica got dolled up in a clingy leopard dress that showed off her growing baby bump, while Eric and Maxwell took a moment outside her trailer. It isn't clear what Jessica is filming, but she does have quite a few projects in the works — her show Fashion Star premieres in March, she is set to star in a comedy pilot based on her life, and she still has an ad contract with Weight Watchers. To top that all off, she is pregnant with her second child, whom she reportedly plans to name Ace. With Jessica so busy, Eric and Maxwell have been inseparable.

Maxwell Johnson had a father-daughter afternoon with Eric Johnson yesterday while mom Jessica Simpson took care of business on her own. Maxwell looked adorable, wearing a black hair bow in her blond locks. Eric isn't the only one who is enjoying some one-on-one time with Maxwell — Jessica took Maxwell on a girls' lunch earlier this week. The happy mom recently tweeted about Maxwell's growing skills, announcing yesterday that her little girl can "whistle on cue at nine months." The Johnson-Simpson family will grow bigger later this year. They're expecting a second baby, who Jessica will reportedly name Ace.

Nearly 10-month-old Maxwell was decked out for the special occasion and wore a bow barrette in her hair. Jessica is coming off a fun weekend with family and friends that included lunch at The Cheesecake Factory with Maxwell's dad, Eric Johnson, and pal CaCee Cobb. Jessica, who is expecting her second child later this year, is also gearing up for the return of her NBC reality show, Fashion Star. The design competition, which features other style mentor Michael Kors, will be back on the small screen Friday, March 8.

Jessica Simpson covered her baby bump with a green jacket for lunch at The Cheesecake Factory with her fiancé Eric Johnson and pregnant pal CaCee Cobb in LA yesterday. CaCee is expecting her first child with new husband Donald Faison. The longtime couple tied the knot back in December, and Jessica was a bridesmaid at her wedding. Jessica is pregnant with her second child with Eric, which will make their daughter, Maxwell, a big sister.

Jessica is busy prepping for the birth of the new baby — she went shopping at a baby store last week — but she and Eric got to spend some romantic time together recently. Jessica wore a pink blazer for a special Valentine's Day lunch date with Eric on Thursday.

Stars felt the love yesterday on Valentine's Day, celebrating the romantic holiday with their significant others, family, and friends. Katy Perry and John Mayer went the traditional route with a romantic dinner, as did Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Cash Warren gave wife Jessica Alba a pretty bouquet, and Kate Mara kissed boyfriend Max Minghella during a stroll in NYC.
