LEAVE IT!! Jess needs to stick to her bubblegum pop. Her crossing over into the country scene, she will NOT be a success, and for crying out loud, lose the hair extensions!!

I love her and her singing. I like the song, but the video just didn't do it for me. It's not horrible, but I thought it could've been better.

crystal55 - that's hysterical. So, you're saying that after this album bombs, she's gonna make another country album? LOL - I highly doubt it! She's about as consistent as a lottery number! But one thing's fer sure - we'll definitely be hearing from her again. She's like a virus. Pimp daddy will find something else for her to do!

well said, ImmaDive. I think that no matter WHAT she does, the majority of pop people will just jump all over "Hate It" because she is Jessica Simpson. That's just wrong. Extract the JS factor from it and really listen. It's fairly good. Alot better than most pop crap she has done. If you HONESTLY hate the SONG for what it is then say so, but some need to grow up and stop jumping all over her and bashing because to them she can really do nothing non-idiotic. She's a person like anyone else as well, don't forget that. And I'm not even a huge fan or anything.........lol It just bothers me when I see women totally rip other women apart other women for no really valid reason

I liked it actually. It was a bit generic and commercial, but likeable. And I agree with ImmaDiva...the move makes a lot of sense. And for those arguing she's changing for Tony Romo, I don't see her in a helmet and shoulder pads yet! ;) And isn't Romo from San Diego originally? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's not the most country of places.

Um she sang with Willy Nelson for publicity for the movie, she wrecked dolly partons song onstage in front of her, stopped halfway and claimed to be nervous and then just because she grew up in texas, doesnt mean shes country. its only because her dad needs a new house lol and needs money, so shes turning to country to make her $$$. Nancy Sinatra's Boots Made for Walkin, was not supposed to be country originally. look it up

HEY what does her crossover to country got to do with Tony Romo??? She voiced out her interest in making country album BEFORE she even met him!!! FYI, Tony is a big fan of 80s ROCK MUSIC like Journey and Guns & Roses! And to those "country" fans who keep whining, sorry to say this but u people have to keep whining because Jessica has decided to stick to country music PERMANENTLY...she has said that herself! So keep on whining!!
