Joel McHale and his Community castmates will be back on the small screen for a new season after a tumultuous couple of years; NBC has announced that the show will return on Jan. 2 with two back-to-back episodes. We spoke with Joel recently as he geared up to host the Klondy Awards, and couldn't resist pumping him for scoop on the comedy. Joel told us the return of showrunner Dan Harmon means the series "will be great" once again. He also gave us a preview of some of the guest stars who will be popping up next year, as well as what's ahead for his character Jeff's unsettled love life.
