Joey Lawrence got shirtless and sweaty during an intense workout at an LA park on Tuesday. The former teen heartthrob and Blossom star showed off his muscles while doing push-ups, throwing around a football, and lifting weights and cooled down with a bottle of water once he finished up. Joey continued focusing on his fitness on the beach today, during his downtime from working on the set of Melissa & Joey. Joey switched gears from business to family when he brought his daughters, Charlie and Liberty, to a Halloween event in Santa Monica late last month.
