John Mayer claims to not want to be a publicity whore but he's gone from hanging out with Jessica to chillin' with Lance and Jakey G. I'd say that is a sure way to get your picture taken. Seriously, what is going on here? Has John replaced Matthew in the threesome? Are they having a wet t-shirt contest? John's new album comes out this month so expect to see more of him. I wonder which celebrity clique he hangs out with next. Perhaps Paris will land him a cover on one of the weeklies.

when it comes to music it really doesnt matter how ugly he is, the man can sing and his voice sells..its true theyre both ugly butI'd still take Mayer over JEssica any day..at least his face doesnt give me nightmares..

There's a Brit comedy that I love that I catch on PBS every now and then. It takes place like in an old fashioned department store. It is friggin HILARIOUS, but I can't remember the name of it for the life of me.

Yeah Jenna, there are many examples of Brit TV coming here. From Three's company to The Office, What's My Line and I think even Friends might've been one. Not sure, not googling right now lol ;) American Idol started there, Survivor and Big Brother too. Does Absolutely Fabulous have a US series, mmm not sure. I used to love Faulty Towers...John Cleese is so funny.

Wynter, I would love to go... but the entire time I will spend watching the kids and my hubby will fish. :( so Im dreading our first trip out there. All I hear is when u have the baby we are going to go camping and fishing and bla bla bla bla bla lol Im definetly not one that wants to have to do any sort of work on a vacation. Just lazy.

Its because of our close proximety (sp?) to the States that we still convert really. Isn't it called the Imperial system? I could be wrong though. The States don't like anything that the Brits came up with! lol Except their TV concepts I guess! :P Lots of them made it across the pond.

Well it is easier sashak, but older ppl don't want to change. Like everything is based on 10's like money. Instead of 16oz. to the lb. you get 1000g in a KG and so on. 12" in a foot is 100cm in a metre. Oh and just in case you wondered a oz has 454 grams! lol ;) Maybe you knew that one already. :P

What do we use here? Is it called the Scientific something or other? I know back in the 70's they tried to change it to metric and all of us (well I was a wee one) Americans were like...HELLL NO! We are a stubborn lot! Aren't we the only country in the world NOT on the metric system? LOL!!! I don't want to change to metric, I like how things are.
