John Mayer Uses Twitter to Discuss Engagement Rumors

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were spotted catching the Super Bowl yesterday at a party with friends in LA. While the sighting squashes any rumors of a split, John is back to teasing the media and playing on all the gossip. Over the weekend he used his twitter account to comment on the engagement stories with tweets saying “Visiting the Diamond Exchange in Tustin,” and “Welding an engagement ring for my girlfriend.” We're sure these messages are his smug way of shooting down the rumors, but we can't help but wonder how Jen feels about him breaking his promise to keep his mouth shut about their relationship.
