We were psyched to finally catch another glimpse of the whole Jolie-Pitt crew yesterday, but today we're kicking it up a notch. Brad and Angelina bundled up their brood to hit the slopes in Mammoth over the weekend — never too early to put those little ones on skis. Of course, badass Maddox jumped right ahead to snowboarding, while Pax tested out his ski skills. Maybe later on this week, we can even get a glimpse of the whole cute family drinking hot chocolate together.

Shiloh was there with them and even went out to the sled/tobaggon area.. AJ was carrying her.. both AJ and Shiloh sat out on the snowboarding/skiing and sledding...

Jude C, I have really enjoyed your comments on this post - very insightful. A sugar friend and I have pondered the very same questions you're posing. It seems that a Brad and Angie thread always brings out the worst in some people - consistently, without fail. Just before I came to this thread, I wondered what kind of words some people would be hurling at other members. It seems as if some members, lie and wait for the Angie threads, There's usually very little in the way of decent conversation. It's one thing to have an opinion about a celebrity (I'm full of them ;)) it's a gossip site after all. But, why the severe attacks on other members? And on an Angie thread in particular, the attacks are often venomous. Why is that? What is it about this family that some people find almost threatening? As you say Jude, what is the root of such loathing? Even the comments that were thrown at you Jude C were uncalled for, but you reacted in an articulate and insightful way and I just wanted to let you know I appreciate that.

Shouldn't a couple of the kids be in school??? Or is this their version of home schooling. I think they need to settle in one place and try to be as "normal" as possible,now that the kids are becoming school age.

Swellabella-- Let's say that I misunderstood you. I felt a lot of loathing emanating from your post, and some of your phrasing sounded to me as if you were personally calling Brangelina fans "weird" and "lunatics," but I suppose I was mistaken. I don't think, however, that I need "read and travel more" to understand the phenomenon of anti-Brangelina (and anti-Jennifer Aniston) partisans attacking each other personally over their preferences. I posted my curiosity on this forum because this is a forum appropriate to that. My whole curiosity stems from this: on this site, most of us can generally say "I don't like Lindsay Lohan," "I don't like Paris Hilton," "I don't like [insert celeb you don't like here]" without then going on to attack people who do like said celeb. But in pretty much every Brangelina post, there will be at least one person who can't just state their own opinion, but then has to go and name-call anyone with an opposing opinion. I find that interesting. That was the sole point of my post. Don't you find it curious that they should engender such strong feelings when others don't?

Hey Jude...ITA that it's always wise to choose the words you throw. A comment made by someone else with a diferent POV was called weird and non-sensical, and I stopped lurking long enough to introduce the pot to the kettle. That said, and since you asked... :-) IMO, loathing really IS far too strong a word to throw around when it comes to a pair of tabloid celebrities. So can we just calmly say I have reasonably high standards and brangelina easily failed to qualify? Pitt and Jolie (& yes, just as often their fans now) seem to provide a regular source of amusement, even well outside the lighthearted world of celebrity gossip. Brangelunatics? I didn't coin the term. I do 'get' why someone who must have seen the "lunacy" did, though. Just as I also 'get' why they are compared to Michael Jackson fans. Maybe you should read and travel more if you're really sincere about your desire to fully understand the phenomenon? (And BTW, I'm not attacking you personally either. Really.)

The where's Shiloh? questions are stupid. The same people who are "so concerned" about her would be the first to say what a terrible mother Angelina is for putting Shiloh in danger because of the skiers and snowboarders. I'm assuming they were skiing for the long weekend, 3 or 4 days. So a few pictures taken on one day does not show how involved Shiloh was. Maybe she was with them but went back to the lodge for a nap, maybe they thought it was safer and easier for her to only play at the lodge, maybe she's sick. Nobody knows so saying they hate Shiloh is really tacky and pathetic.

You know RE88, I, too, am tired of the same comments from the same people here on POP... so lately I do save my own comments for one of the many sites that call this pair of posers out on an almost daily basis. But I am going to stop lurking here long enough today to take you up on your invitation to comment on YOUR comment. At least that part about other people's weirdness. IMHO, the loons on JJ who write fanfic's are more weird than ANY comment that has EVER been posted on Pop BY anybody. In fact, the colossal pair of posers known as brangelina probably set some kind of standard for weirdness--and their fans are known for just that. Weirdness. And of course, lunacy. Could be that's WHY they're called brangelunatics webwide. Just saying.
