K-Fed Fights Back

Kevin has finally made a move in response to Britney's shocking and sudden divorce decision. As predicted, he's asking for legal and physical custody of Sean P and Jayden asking that Britney only have visitation rights. He's also asking for spousal support. Lame move Kevin - we're betting this is just a sad attempt to suck as much money out of Britney as possible. Let's hope Britney's prenup is as solid as is being reported.

The funniest thing about this is she turned out to be the joke. He took her took the bank and kept her knocked up and she was just being dumb or rediculous thinking that was love. He went from homeless to millionaire in a minute cause she chased him. He messed up when he cut off the hand that fed him. Everyone hates him but he never cared cause he was too busy being rich. Now he probably wishes he had cared. Without being judgemental I can honestly say that the only people who know would be the better parent are them. We only know rumors and the pictures the paparazzi wanted us to see. I think she's dumb and he's selfish and I hope her Mom or someone more responsible raises the kids.

He seriously doesn't believe that he stands a chance in h e l l of getting full custody of those boys! If he does then he is stupider than what we thought. He can't even support the other 2 kids he has, Brit has been paying his child support every since they got married. This divorce is going to get very very ugly.

He's such a SKANK. I'd be surprised if he knew how to spell those boys names. Really how many of us are surprised? It screams I want more money from you. And FTR I hear she filed for reasonable visitation, which is what my ex got.... in my state it means he's allowed to visit the children if and when I okay it. He has no set visitation, he wasn't given every other weekend or any holidays.... In my state that's what men with no parenting skills get

Gotta agree with you Siouxsie...... stupid is as stupid does. I don't think this was for publicity (her marrying him). If it was- someone seriously needs to fire her team. I think she married him b/c she loved him, which shows her pathetic taste in men. You can't teach an old dog new tricks. Now we will be forever reminded of Fed-Ex. He'll be in the tabloids until the day he dies. Broke or not, he will never go away. Boo. As for him filing for custody- he just wants more money. Since the day he met her he'd brag to anyone who listened about how much of hers money he had. I guarantee you will see him dropping custody in exchange for a settlement. I just hope Wal-Mart will give her a refund on the 6,000 cds of his she bought.

His request screams "I will try and get your money any way I can, even if it puts our childrens' standard of living at risk". It is glaringly obvious and pathetic!! I feel for Britney, because now that all the false pretenses are gone, she's probably realizing that he was in it for the cash from Day One, and his side of the story was never about romance, love, building a family, and finding 'the one'. She's been played. That's really sad.

there aint no way in hell buddy. my baby's dad was staying with me and my mom. it all came to a build up - to a head. when he started treating me like shitt in front of my 3 year old. i said oh hell no. kicked him out. called the police to make sure he got out. he threatened me by saying he took pictures of the house when it was a mess saying he was going to get total custody. i already had FULL custody and we were NOT married. i wouldnt marry him. it got really nasty. the things that he would threaten me with. that was months ago. i do everything for my son which my mom helps me alot. she takes him to day care for me in the morning. i have to be to work by 5 am. ANYWAY!!!! I AM SO HAPPY THAT SHE IS GETTING RID OF THAT NO GOOD LEECHING @)($*#). THAT IS THE HARDEST THING. TO MAKE THAT BIG STEP. IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO FINALLY GET RID OF HIM. I WAS THINKING, BUT MY BABY NEEDS HIS DADDY. NOT THIS WAY. I WAS MISERABLE. WHEN I GOT RID OF HIM A BIG WEIGHT WAS LIFTED. I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO DO WHAT WAS BEST FOR ME AND MY CHILD. AND NOW I FEEL LIKE I AM A BETTER MOM.

I think Brit planned this from the beginning. Marry a powerless man , have two of his babies as fast as possible, then divorce asap after the second. It seems a little all too fast and convenient if you ask me. She knew he would be powerless in a court case, and that she would come out the winner... also, what a publicity boost -)

you know, i wonder if he really found out about the divorce via the text msg. and how are we to know if he really had "secret meetings" with his own lawyer re: divorcing Brit. there's alot of speculation going on. the text message could've been from Shar saying, I'll take you back if you sign a prenup entitling me to 1/2 of your 5 million. That would make his brow furrow, all right.
