In fewer than seven days, she has visited four different countries, taken at least three plane rides, taped several scenes for her reality show, and seen one Beyoncé concert — all while nearly seven months pregnant. Kim Kardashian traded her signature sky-high heels for a pair of flat sandals to join Kanye West on the streets of Paris today. The expectant couple were reunited in the City of Light after she spent quality time with her family in Mykonos, Greece, over the weekend. Kim bared her baby bump in a bikini during her stay in the tropical destination, where she mixed work with play while filming scenes for Keeping Up With the Kardashians with her sisters.

Kim is back by Kanye's side in France as they continue to focus on the July arrival of their first child together. One thing their preparations apparently won't include, though, is gifts. Chicago's Lurie Children's Hospital revealed that in lieu of presents for their daughter, Kim and Kanye have requested donations to the organization, which is located near where Kanye grew up.

Despite the end of Kim's divorce drama, this week hasn't been all happy news for the Kardashian family. Fox announced yesterday that Kim's sister Khloé Kardashian will not be returning to The X Factor for its third season this Fall. Khloé previously cohosted the show with Mario Lopez.

Kim showed off her baby bump in a fitted black Stella McCartney dress, which she paired with heels from Kanye's recent collection with shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti. Kim and Kanye are back together on the East Coast after spending several weeks apart. Kanye has been living and working in Paris for the past few months, though Kim joined him in the City of Light for Fashion Week and Easter last month.

Kim is in New York with her family for the E! Channel Upfronts this week, and they sat down for an exclusive interview with Ryan Seacrest that aired on the network over the weekend. In the special, Kim talked about her pregnancy, saying that she's "had a lot of pain everywhere." She also touched on the recent finalization of her divorce from Kris Humphries, sharing that she "would get married again."
