Kate Bosworth hit the beach on Friday with her man James Rousseau and some friends. James left the beachwear for his girlfriend in her tiny bikini, but he still showed off those shirtless model abs stripping off his flannel but keeping on his jeans. This cute couple has been laying pretty low this Summer, but we always like to see them with those big smiles frolicking around. Maybe next time they hit the beach Kate can convince her boy to wear something a little more conducive to beachside fun.

Just a note: Kate Bosworth is NOT super tall. According to IMDB, she's 5'5"...which isn't exactly up there with Gabrielle Reece (6'3") and Lisa Leslie (6'5", ya dig.

I don't think she loooks like someone who watches what they eat and works out a lot - she did in her Blue crush days but now she looks like someone who has a small frame and could stand to gain a few pounds. That being said she looks a lot healthier than she once did. I doubt Griffin was telling her to eat hamburgers to make him feel better about himself (considering he is clearly a guy). Although I hope he doesn't feel the same way about vegetarians as he does vegans.

It's so sad to hear people say "eat hamburgers and drink milkshakes" when someone is both super tall and super fit. She looks great and for as much as you know, she could be downing a hamburger daily but has a very fast metabolism. Sorry but the hamburger comment just makes me cringe. Not to mention you never know when someone is a vegan but you're judgmental enough to tell them to eat shitty, unhealthy food just so that they can make yourself feel better about THEM being thin.
