I am crazy about that outfit, it's chic and gorgeous and grown up. I love the hair too. But Kate's not looking her best, all the same. No, I still love the look. Fantastic.

This is the best I have seen Kate Moss look since she hooked up with Pete Doherty. I love the dress, hair, face paint, and originality. Not everyone thinks that Lauren Conrad has awesome fashion sense.

She looks like shes having fun which is what she should be on her birthday. I like the face paint too- It's her party she can do what she wants.

I think Kate is very pretty when she's airbrushed in a magazine ad. But real life? One too many cigarettes, too much partying and that "other" stuff makes her look around 45 years old. She's going to look a mess by age 40, guaranteed!

I think the whole look is fabulous! She looks so hip and fun and stylish. Her hair looks amazing!! I wish I could get my hair to have such gorgeous curls!

I like the star! Not sure about pairing the make up with that dress though. All black clothes with the make up works for me I think I'll steal the idea for my birthday.
