It's been a celebratory few weeks for the McCartneys overall, with Stella marking her 40th birthday with not one, but two, big bashes. Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow were on hand for the first party in mid-September in London, while Gwen Stefani showed up for the second soiree there last week — Kate Moss, for her part, made the scene at both events in honor of her fashionable friend.
