Kate and Owen Secret Rendezvous
We have seen pics of Kate learning to surf and enjoying the beach in Hawaii but who knew she was really there to sneak in some time with Owen Wilson. We thought she might have been working it out with Chris but looks like she is testing both men. Kate is expected to head to Australia for work soon. We thought she was going to stay under the radar until then but it looks like she just can't stay away from Owen. US Weekly reports
The 27-year-old actress, her son Ryder, 2, and her pals (including actress Sara Foster) checked into the Fairmont Kea Lani Hotel and Resort on September 6. Between beach outings, the actress discreetly slipped away to spend time with Wilson at his Keawakapu Beach pad – conveniently just three miles from the resort. (Reps for both did not return calls for comment.)
“Kate wanted to see how Owen would act with Ryder,” says a close friend of Hudson. “And this weekend was sort of a test.”
On September 8, Hudson and her pals visited Wilsons’ for a party with about 20 friends. The next morning, Hudson was spotted exiting the house in the same white gauze sundress and flip-flops she’d had on the night before. “She loves being with him,” a source says of Hudson and Wilson. “She laughs all the time. They are both funny people. She can’t resist just how good someone like that makes her feel.”

8I love the Black Crowes, and I actually kind of liked them together, even though I knew of Chris R's reputation for being a pothead and philanderer......I wish they could work it out for the kid, but honestly....Kate should probably be alone right now. I'd love to see her young, single & happy. Owen does NOT seem like the type to settle down or even stay monogamous...to anyone...at least not right now.
Kate looks FABULOUS! She has a thin, healthy, super-toned body. Looks like surfing, running and maybe even some pilates & yoga on her excersize regime? I'm gonna start a running, pilates & yoga habit myself.
9I think this is a good pairing. Yeah, sure Owen lacks obvious good looks (obvious good looks for me means someone like brad pitt, its a no brainer.) But he seems to make up in personality. And Kate must not realy be into looks, look at Chris for goodness sake! This has potential.

13Agree with Merry, this seems a little fast...although I do think they are a better 'matched celebrity pair' than Kate/Chris. Owen's good looks are more appealing to me than Brad's. (Yes, I'm being 100% honest here.) Brad is the more 'generic' standard but Owen's looks are far more interesting (and therefore attractive to me) and his wit and personality make that even more true.

I like Kate Hudson, though, and I know it's completely naive of me to do so, but I'm choosing to believe that she's trying to work it out with her husband and it's pure coincidence that she was so close to Owen's pad. 19Speaking of thin, madrid fashion week is turning down underweight models from walking down the catwalk during the Madrid Fashion week after threats from the city to cancel it if they kept promoting an unhealthy body image and this is definitely not a quote. milan's mayor has promised to do the same if anorexic looking models are used. Yay after seeing victoria beckham et al i think it's about time someone did something about this as there are so many kids who think looking like a sick skinny 13 year old is attractive.

29My old roomate was a teeny little girl & when she got pregnant she gained tons of weight. It took awhile for her to get little again, but her belly was so gross! Of, course she never worked out, but it was so surprising to see this saggy belly on a little 23 yr. old women

46im not really a big fan of either man in her life but i think the way she is handling this is so uncool. its like in highschool when you date one guy so you have someone and shop around and don't drop the other guy until you have an absolute sure thing with someone else. if she's unhappy with chris, she should divorce him and then try to work on something with owen. how confusing will that be for poor little Ryder? she either is still in love with Chris...and being the father of her child ..she should try to work on that and her marriage first. if she's not, she needs to set him free, tend to her son, and THEN maybe start flirting with the idea of bringing Owen into her life. this whole scenario is just very immature and selfish on her part.
