Katherine Heigl Plays With a Dog

Katherine Heigl spent yesterday afternoon with her mom, Nancy, in Pasadena. The ladies headed off to take in a matinee, but animal lover Katherine couldn't resist stopping to play with a puppy first. Katherine enjoyed an afternoon at the cinema, but her next project takes her back to the small screen — she's lined up a role in the HBO movie Knitting Circle. She stars and is coproducing with Nancy, and there may just be time for more vacations full of Katherine Heigl bikini moments before filming starts later this year.
