Katie Holmes at Dinner in NYC Pictures

Katie Holmes treated herself to a night out on the town in NYC yesterday. Katie wore hot leather pants to have dinner with friends at The Lion after a fun Summer day with family. Katie and her daughter, Suri, went to the zoo in Central Park along with Katie's mom, Kathleen Holmes during the afternoon. It seems Katie's throwing herself into city life, decorating her new apartment and reportedly registering at a Manhattan Catholic church. The Holmes clan is sticking together as Katie deals with the aftermath of her split from Tom Cruise, who's diving fully into his work by continuing to film Oblivion in California. Yesterday, Tom had family time, too, when his son, Connor, visited the set. Tom's expected to wrap up work on that project very soon.
