Katie Holmes visited a Godiva shop in NYC yesterday with her mom, Kathleen. Katie got into the Valentine's Day spirit wearing pink jeans and carrying two large bags of Godiva goodies. This is Katie's second sweet fix this week after she picked up a shake with Suri at a Shake Shack in the City on Wednesday. However, her sweets spree isn't over yet, as Valentine's Day is right around the corner. Katie told E! News during her Godiva outing that she'll be giving Suri "lots of chocolate and probably some stuffed animals" for the holiday. She added that she and her mom, Kathleen, also plan on attending a cooking class and hitting a spa this weekend.
