Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise spent yesterday together in NYC. Suri and Katie were decked out in matching pink to swing by their local Whole Foods and wrap up their weekend, which also included a joint visit to a pet store Saturday. Katie and Suri hung out in the Big Apple while Suri's dad, Tom Cruise, finished work on his latest movie, Oblivion. Tom and the crew concluded shooting on Saturday night, and yesterday, he was seen taking a private jet from the Northern California set. Katie and Suri haven't seen Tom since news of the Cruise-Holmes split came out two weeks ago. They have, though, had visits from Katie's parents, Kathleen and Martin Holmes, as well as other close pals.

I was trying to put my finger on why Suri's looked differently lately. It's the flats. She even wore flip flops the other day. Cute gals.
