Katie and Suri Brighten Up a Rainy Day

Katie and Suri weren't about to let a little rain ruin their shopping trip in NYC yesterday. Suri was precious holding her ladybug umbrella all by herself after hitting Baby Gap for some new additions to her already fabulous wardrobe. Just in case her new gifts weren't enough to cheer sweet Suri, Katie was right there with plenty of kisses and hugs to go around.

firefly, I KNOW! I was shocked by that myself! and Allourregrets, your right- if I was a celeb mom, I wouldn't be letting my kids down for a second, either. I wouldn't trust those Paps. Hey California girl, it sounds like she was a good girl pre-Tom and still is Post-Tom, she was a virgin who was swept off her feet when she fell in love, who hasn't had that happen to them?? And she got preg. so what? That is what happens when 2 people have sex! He married her as was his intent when they had sex and got pregnant so I don't see any problem with her behavior at all, besides she is not even a Christian and if she was it would be no different except she would have waited 'till the wedding night to jump on Tom for that nekkid and sweaty good stuff ;) .....I don't know if I could have lasted, myself... I mean, this is TOM we're talking about! I'm obsessed with TOP GUN Tom,not Crazy-as-a-Loon Scientologist-Freak -who-tells-Brooke- Shield's- That- She- Doesn'tNeed-Meds-For-Postpartum-Depression-Tom, that Top Gun Tom was seriously hormonal 11 yr. old girl touch-myself material..... *sigh* the memories of him in all his glistening, sweaty, crying over Goose hotness ;) lol

bluecrabbs - Katie was topless in the movie "The Gift." I don't understand why people think she is so innocent and classy...I mean she got pregnant with Suri just a couple months after dating Tom (and she was believed to be a virgin, waiting until marriage, until she got pregnant with Tom's lovechild).

I'm sure Cruise's PR people read the gossip sites. When people said Isabella and Connor were missing, they suddenly appeared with him. When people criticize Suri's outfit, *poof* the tights appear. Ah, the life of having to be in the limelight

So adorable and I admire Katie for being such a devoted mom. She is also so classy being glamorous and casual. More starlets should take lessons from her. I really pray she wont stooped low doing naked magazines and movies like most young and old actresses do.

I bet Suri's grandmothers told Katie to dress her warm, you know how grandmothers can be. After all, it's Katie's first child and I'm sure Tom knows nothing about dressing little girls. Other than that, I think Katie's doing great. At least she lets Suri walk on her own two feet. I wonder how much they pay the bodyguard to carry Katie's purse..

my little sister just got that tunic, the philip lim dot tunic. i think its a little ridiculous to spend $225 on a dress for a toddler though..she won't be able to wear it in a month.

I think its pretty silly to criticize celeb moms for always carrying their children. If I had a young child and I was being followed by a mob of people trying to get my picture, be damned sure that kid would be in my arms. Anyway, yes Suri is so freakin cute with her umbrella...omg!
