Katy Perry and John Mayer on a Dinner Date at Little Door

John Mayer and Katy Perry met up for dinner at Little Door restaurant in LA yesterday. The duo got back together for a date night after reports surfaced late last month that their Summer romance had already fizzled. Katy and John were first photographed at the beginning of August, and were together again at LA's FYF Fest over the weekend.

Katy will be back in the spotlight tomorrow, since she's up for two MTV VMA honors, including video of the year and best female video. Meanwhile, John is recovering from his second throat surgery and plans to be "silent for the next few months" with "no singing for probably six."
